What is iMIUI? Well
from what I understand
, MIUI is an Android ROM, built by people at
Xiaomi Tech. And iMIUI is a large-scale iOS port of that ROM, in the
form of a WinterBoard theme.
I'm gonna say that the developers has been working a lot for this huge theme. It has all the icons of all the stock apps and several third-party ones. And it replaces some of the basic parts like the Lock Screen, the Status Bar, the dialer, and so on.
This theme is rather impressive. The blue accents has been replaced by orange ones. And both the Radio buttons and toggles seems more softer over the edge. It has a very striking levels of detail.
Above that, the iMIUI theme is a really good looking theme. The icons are the most important part of this theme, they look brand-new, they're easy to recognize and very well designed.

Add it and install it... Too bad there's none to give for the iPad users. It is iPhone 5 friendly, and compatible with iOS 6.
